We are now proud to offer a new extra-thick Pizza Stone for all of our portable units and home oven use. This new stone is designed to hold more heat, stay hot longer, and heat more evenly. Now 10% thicker and made of the popular Cordierite Pizza Stone. Handles extremely high heat.
Full of invisible micropores which absorb excess moisture from the dough, avoiding the sogginess that often occurs with metal pans. Distribute heat evenly for optimal cooking, produce uniformly browned crisp crust for your pizza.
