This model also has the exclusive Sear Magic cooking grids which allow you to cook on two different sides. One for small vegetables and delicate foods like fish. The other side is great for general grilling and searing of meats. You also have electronic ignition to light easily, stainless heat indicator, stainless front handle, massive 574 total square inches of cooking area and thick aluminum housing for heat retention and years of trouble-free use and dependability.
