The Blaze Professional Built-in Power Burner features 25,000 and 35,000 BTUs in independently regulated 304 cast stainless steel inner and outer burner rings, for a total of 60,000 BTUs. Boil or fry both rings together and simmer sauces with the inner. A wok-prep removable inner ring comes with a heavy-duty stainless steel cooking grid. The burner, grate, body, lid, and control valves are covered by a lifetime warranty, with ignition, electronic, and lighting systems backed for one year from purchase (with product registration within 30 days).
