The charcoal basket section separates the charcoal to one side of the grill, enabling better control over indirect cooking. When used with the Blaze Kamado Rotisserie, infrared heat from the charcoal basket results in food that's more flavorful and retains its natural taste. The Moisture Enhancing Pan pairs perfectly with the system, either with or without the charcoal basket, to capture all delicious juices for sauces and gravies, or to add moisture when smoking. The Blaze Easy Light Indirect Cooking System with Moisture Enhancing Pan comes with a 1-year warranty for the original owner, valid for single-family home use.
